I broke my old phone?

hey I had broke my phone a month ago and I just got a new one I downloaded candy crush jelly on my new phone and I followed the steps I logged into my account and I even logged in with Facebook as well but my progress has yet to pop up I'm still on level 1 and I know that I was well off into the 300 range is there anything else I can do or you can do to help me recover my progress?
