I am sorry this happened to you in Candy Crush Jelly Saga on your iPhone.
Can you please check if everything is up to date on your iPhone? This goes for the iOS version you use and well as the Candy Crush Jelly Saga app you got installed. Please restart your iPhone afterwards and let me know how you're getting on.
