cannot get passed road block at level 101

I have completed level 100 approx 8 weeks ago but it continue to count down 3 days If I let the game stay open for 3 days it will count down, but as soon as the count down is finished Ill get an message telling me something went wrong and ask me to restart the game. If I choose not to refresch I can play level 101, but not save it.
