Stuck on Level 60 for over 2 weeks! HELP!

I have passed level 60 on Candy Crush Jelly Saga twice and after more than 2 weeks, the game has NOT advanced to the next levels. This is my third question about this issue and I have not received any response. Please Respond!!!
