Game resets to level 1
I play jelly saga on both facebook and mobile. While playing on facebook, I loaded the game after paying on mobile and it had reset my fb version to level 1 instead of 1,137. I managed to reset it back myself by logging back in to the app on my mobile and then reloading the facebook version. This has happened twice today for the first time but it's annoying to have to go through that process. Please advise a proper fix?
