This is definitely a program bug. It seems there are 2 candies in the upper right hand corner in the second stage of the level which are not shown and cannot be "red-jellied", but the game moves to the third and final stage anyway. So on completing the third stage, the game is stuck. This should be a simple programming fix if properly reported to the relevant team.
