Purchases not showing up, game freezing. Several times I have paid for items or additional moves.

I will purchase additional moves to finish a hard level or items to assist....then it freezes and I think maybe it just won't charge me or something. However, I close it and restart the level then about 5 moves in a window pops up and says thanks for your purchase of extra moves or item. So I bought moves to finish a level....but it froze so I had to restart....and the moves went through after I restarted so I didn't actually get them and basically wasted my money. It is very frustrating. And disheartening.
