Again within the last 3 weeks I have lost all my boosters that I have earned and paid

    I can see that your email had been answered by my colleague over at Customer Care - if you have any doubts please answer to the email so everyone's on the same page. 

    If you lose boosters frequently I recommend checking that you have enough free memory on your device. We recommend having around 2 GBs of free memory to have the most optimal gaming experience.
