Glitch on Candy Crush Saga on Facebook

I am still getting that "glitch" and its now on Day 5. Your Yeti shows up and tells me that OOPS there seems to be a problem Try back later , every single time I use that chocolate sprinkle ball. I am on Level 307 in Candy Crush Saga on Facebook. It is supposed to have little rainbows on the candies, and those are gone. The candies still switch places but the entire level is glitched I think. I am getting rather tired of this and if it keeps up, I will quit playing both Candy Crush games that are on facebook

Hi Lori, I'm sorry to hear that you are having this problem.  Is this happening on Candy Crush Saga or Candy Crush Jelly?  You wrote Saga in your message but you pressed the Jelly button (see above).  The Saga problem has been reported and they are working on resolving it now.  Please refrain from using the color bomb until it's resolved.
