I use Chrome browser, and game hangs up/freezes before it finishes loading. However, I also play the game on another person's FB account, and that WILL load on Chrome and Firefox. Tried my account on Firefox, but it won't load there either. This has been happening for several days.
Hi Everyone !! As of this morning mine is loading on my laptop. That doesn't mean everyone's will work right away, since we're all on different devices. Just keep checking. If your's still doesn't load in the next day or 2, let me know. Make sure you do all your updates, if you're using devices that recommend them. Hope your all on your way !! I have the same problems and I have tried different browsers and still the same, I have even downloaded the game onto my computer and it still doesn't work, the other Candy Crush games work just the Jelly doesn't!!

Same Problem. It has been a week without support.
same issue for me. has been a week now all other games play perfectly. On my husbands site all is ok. On my iphonecan also play. Getting frustrated with no solution!
