Hi there Andreas! I have some GOOD news! I was informed (and I have confirmed) that the King team has now fixed this issue!! You can try it yourself now, and it should load just fine. I was playing earlier (darned Jelly Queen level) and I can confirm that it is indeed fixed. Good luck and thank you so much for being patient! If you are still having problems, you can try the normal troubleshooting (making sure you are connected to FB or the Kingdom, clearing your cache, and even uninstalling/reinstalling and then reconnecting your game) and hopefully, you will be back to crushing that Jelly in no time.
