Lost progress on candy crush jelly on my iPad.

I lost my progress in candy crush jelly on my iPad. I'm connected through Facebook, my progress is up to date on my iPhone and MacBook, but started over on the iPad.  How can I get the game to sync correctly and I can be on the same level as my other devices?

Good afternoon Tena,

It sounds like you have lost connection to Facebook. Even though its possibly still showing, King games seem to have a bad habit of that at the moment.
