Special events aren’t working in candy crush jelly saga

Every time a new special event starts, it shows that I’ve beaten all five levels, but won’t let me do anything else.  I beat all five levels once on one special event, and then it wouldn’t let me move on and still showed misty stuck in the ice.  Now, a new event has started, and I don’t even have to play the levels!  They all show that I’ve beaten them (I haven’t) but Odis is still asleep or misty is still stuck in ice.  I’ve already asked for help once and didn’t receive an answer, and the issue isn’t being resolved!  How can we get actual help from King when we have a legitimate issue? This is ridiculous that you can’t even send a direct message to any kind of customer service.  

Any help with this issue would be appreciated!

I also experienced this glitch.  Eventually, I started all the levels over (even though all flowers were open) & accomplished 1-5 in order, & Odus finally woke up!  I do hope they fix this for future special events...
