Unable to connect to FB in Jelly

When I open Jelly on my PC it gives me the opportunity to save my progress to FB. I click on it and get a message that it "Failed to connect to Facebook". How can I fix it, as I've lost my progress once before and want to connect to save current and future play.

Oooh, I don't want to do that and lose boosters. Maybe it will be fixed at some point.

If you wanted to connect with Facebook, they have said sometimes deleting the app and reinstalling does seem to help. The only thing is you will lose any saved boosters

I'm playing on Windows 10 Pro.

They are still working on it, I am so sorry its taking so long so the Kingdom is still a better option. Its something to do with Windows departments

Hi, I am sorry for that. Was it the app you were playing with on windows 10?I know there is an issue with that right now, so it could be bad timing. The king team thought it was fixed, but I am having the same issue and its clearly not. Does it give any other error messages?

I think to be honest, the way Facebook is causing glitches lately with their privacy settings, it might be safer anyway to log in via the Kingdom. I know they have less connection issues that way.

Actually no, I still get the message "unable to connect to FB". I finally was able to log in via King so that's what I've been doing and it's saving my progress etc.

Level not advancing after I bought coins to pass level 1228
After I bought 50 coins I passed level 1228, however the game did not advance to 1229. I tried force close and then restarted my iPad but am still on level 1228.
