Cant get the 3rd bonus round to work in jelly after i get the required worms.

This is an issue that has been happening for a while now, but I have enough monkey for the bonus round to unlock the next stage, but it is stuck.  Also, every time a new game starts, it shows i have already completed the first 2 levels.  And it will not unlock the third level.  Even though I have more than the required amount. How do I fix this?
