Candy crush jelly - lost levels

I uninstalled candy crush jelly at the recommendation of the forum because it has been in slow motion on my iPad Pro for several months. I have the most up to date iOS, the app is up to date, and I am always on WiFi when I play. I was on level 478 and when I reinstalled the app I am back to level 1 still moving in slow motion. Is there a solution for the slow motion app as well as getting my levels back?
