Yes I checked for updates first. It doesn’t happen with every attempt, only periodically. I only ever play it on iPad. Here is another video of a different place it gets stuck. I will try to play it on my pc and see if it happens there.

Oh I see what you mean! Thank you so much Bronwyn for the video. I compared it to another players as I don't personally play it and it didn't do it on there.
I will pass it over to the team but as one plays on android and you play on ipad, it's not specific to your device. Have you checked for updates? Have you another device you could try it on?

Hi Lindy, I am sorry you are having issues. Firstly could you tell me which device you are playing on. I can then get you the troubleshooting. Also if you are able to take a video of the problem, if troubleshooting doesn't work, I can pass a video on to the team to show them as the studio will want one.
If you are not sure how to make one, I can help you with that once I know which device you have
