Hi Dorothy, Xarly was away from the office today and I just saw you commented. To take a screenshot on any ios device you have the screen you want to screenshot visible, press down the HOME and POWER buttons at the same time for a couple of seconds, until the screen flashes and it will tell you it has been taken iOS11 also has a nifty screen record function if you can use that. It would show the team exactly in real time whats not working
