Why has candy crush jelly saga stopped working on my windows 10

when I try to play it just goes back to my start page

Hi Oscar, when you say "back to my start page", do you mean that it's starting you back at level 1?  Please give me more details so that I can offer further direction.

So your game is not connecting right?  There is a known Windows 10 glitch of crashing and other issues.  Microsoft is aware of it and we are all waiting for a fix.  You are the first person saying that it's happening on Jelly.  So far it was just Saga, Soda and Papa Pear so now we can add Jelly to this too.

Hi Oscar, Microsoft fixed this crashing problem!  Please do the new update and it should be resolved.  Here is what a player wrote here: 

"It's finally been fixed in v.1341.1.0"

So check to make sure that you have this version.  I posted it to my Candy Crush Facebook group and already people are writing back that it worked!  Good luck!
