This is an on-going issues we are having in Jelly - @roxane, this is the Candy Crush Friends Community, therefore I'm moving your thread to the Jelly one, where other Jelly players will be able to help you. 

Make sure you have the latest game version installed on your device and follow the troubleshooting steps depending on your device, here. That should help.

Hi @roxanne, you are now in the right community.  I'm not sure why Odus is still sleeping.  I am going to forward your message to the Community Manager.  He can give you a better response than I just did.

Like @QueenMia perfectly said, this is a known issue. The Studio is aware of it and there is not much we can do other than pass it on to the team for now.
