Why didn't I receive my gift of one hour striped candies?

I just went in to play. First thing that popped up was a gift for one hour of striped candies. I claimed it but never received it.

Hi @nkodom03, unfortunately since we are on a holiday week there is only skeleton staff in the office.  Did you, by any chance, take a print screen of what you should have received because they are going to ask for proof that you should have received it.  If not, then I suggest you take a print screen the next time and create a new discussion here in the community.
