so I changed my phone and synced my candy crush app in my new phone, and everything was correct until I checked my inventory and it was empty! Why is that?
Hello @yanira_cc, and welcome to the sweetest community ever! This section of the community is exclusively for Candy Crush Jelly Saga, but the issue you are describing applies to all King Games. The boosters you purchase/receive are not synchronized by your player profile. This means that whenever you log out and log back into your account, or uninstall and reinstall the game on the same or a different device, your boosters will not be carried along with it. This is so that you can use your boosters even while offline. I hope his proves insightful!
