Level 2229 issue

Hey everyone!

I wanted to give you an update on this. Thanks to your reports, the studio has managed to very pull a fix for it and already implement it. This mean should no longer happen. If, like @davidchoiny, the issue implied the loss of powerups or gold bars, please reply below letting me know and I will personally go into your account to check it and compensate accordingly.

I have completed level 2229 repeatedly and bought boosters to do so for 3 day. It freezes and won't let me move. I quit and repeat and the same thing happens. Help!

Hi everyone,

The issue was already fixed (as announced) for all platforms but Facebook. I'm happy to announce that this is also now live for Facebook, you should all be able to beat the level now on all platforms.

I will reach out to those of you sharing your ID, privately (I did that already many days ago with you @mel588, so make sure you check your inbox since you never replied to my message).

Thanks for the report and sorry for the delay on the reply. We have just moved you to level 2230. Make sure you restart the app and you should find yourself in that level.

Thanks again for all the reports, just to be clear, this issue is not yet fixed on Facebook. There are three options that you have with that scenario:

Wait until we fix it. In the meanwhile, you can send our way your player ID (https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-jelly-saga/discussion/247076/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it/) so we can compensate the boosters lost.
Message below and state that you wish to be moved to level 2230. Please note this process is manual and if you do want that, all your previous levels will have 2 stars and you will lose your personal records (although you can always back and replay them).
Play on a mobile device (or the Windows 10 app) and pass the level. Then when you log in again on your Facebook profile and you will be automatically placed on the current level you're at.

And that's it! If you have trouble finding your player ID or you wish to be moved to the next level, please let me know below and I will make it happen.

IT is still not fixed. I have beat it multiple time now and wasted lives and fish boosters hoping it was resolved. I am playing on Face book, so it should be the latest version?

I'm Android and couldn't find my ID at all. I've been looking for days.. I haven't received anything either.

During this weekend we have been investigating the issue. It seems like the issue was fixed in some platforms but not in others. On PC (Facebook for instance) the issue seems to be still present. We have taken your feedback on to the studio and they are working on it.

@mel588 and @Jerrilyn_Harvey , we apologise for the issues that this is causing. As @davidchoiny confirms, it's working well in iOS (regarding the new bug you mention, if you can please make a new thread and let us know what it is you are experiencing that would be great).

I will now start compensating each of you and will update you all with any news that we may have around the platforms where the issue is not yet fixed.

Used several boosts and have beaten level 2229 4 times and no advance. Tried again after it was "fixed". Not fixed! Hate loosing all those boosts!

Will this ever get fixed or should I write it off as I did candy crush?

When I fill in all the Jelly the screen freezes so I can't move on to the next level. I used/wasted boosters because of this.

when I pass level 2229 my game freezes. The screen indicates that there are moves to make even though it won’t let me do anything because I’ve already completed the level. As a result I can’t move on to the next level. This is true on both my iPhone and my iPad. How can I fix this?

same here. waste a bunch of power ups and level won't progress to next level. Bug!

Did you restart the app? We haven't seen any other reports since it got fixed so the issue should not be there for you. If you can restart the app again and let us know if you're able to move forward once you beat the level that would be great.

Regarding the loss of boosters that this might cause, do not worry, they will be compensated

Hi everyone,

We have tested it again and we cannot reproduce the issue. Can you confirm that you are playing online and that your game is up to date? (Version 2.14 is the current one)

If you can confirm that this is the case and that you still encounter the issue, that would be much appreciated.

I lost boosters and bars

Not sure how to confirm the version as I am playing via facebook. But the problem is still there and I just bought extra lives to finish it ... again.
