Hi @sari420 - have you tried to force close the app? Are you synced to both a king account and a Fb account so you don’t lose progress? If that doesn’t work try clearing the cache and cookies on your device.

I deleted the app then re-installed it..not logged in with Facebook...I don't think there is a way to clear cookies, have an iPhone...apple

Hi @sari420, yes you can clear the history on an Apple device.  I don't know what device you have but the brand new iPhone Xs no longer have the home button so you just have to swipe up from the bottom and all the games, etc. will pop up and just swipe them all.  If you have a device with the home button then double click on the button and you can see all the items.  Then swipe them away.  Please let us know if this worked or if you are still having the problem.
