Very sorry to hear that you were not able to progress in your "Jelly" game. I am not sure if there is any Glitch with this level!! Let me make sure and get back to you!! In the mean time, please try some trouble shooters and see if that solves the issue ---

** If none of the above links worked, sometimes, re-installation of the game App works with such issues. If you do not have many saved up boosters on your device, you can try to delete the App and then re-install it. By Re-installation, we loose all our boosters as well as the lives received from friends and they cannot be restored!!
In the mean time, please provide below details if the Community Manager needs to look into your account --
1) The device you are playing the game on (2) How you logged into the game -- Facebook or Kingdom account
