I buy lives for 1.99$ and get get charged 23$ I don't understand this, there are times that I buy the 14.99$ lives and get charged 34$

I have a feeling you're making these purchases trough iTunes as they tend to merge several purchases made from all your apps. King does not have access to your iTunes account so if you think that you have been charged for something you have not purchased, report it to iTunes so they can have a look.
