Hi,

I switched over to a new phone and when I logged in to Candy crush, all my rewards that I've accumulated over time, and there was a good few, were gone.

How do I get those back?
Pls help

Hi @Emilija and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 Are you referring to Jelly Saga or Candy Crush Saga? You should know that the boosters we collect are stored on our device's memory. This way we can reach them even if we are offline. Unfortunately, this means that if we reinstall the game or change the device we will lose all the boosters. Because of this we don't recommend collecting a lot of boosters, it's better if you just use them while playing.

I understand that this is frustrating when it happens for the first time but it is also very useful for the future use. On the link below you can read some tips about safeguarding your collected boosters.
