Lost Fishing with Friends after updating game

I beat level 2638, and the game wouldn’t let me advance. Came on the forums and saw that the next levels had just been added in late June, so I updated the game. When I came back to play, the Fishing with Friends challenge was completely gone from the screen. I’m so disappointed, because I had already earned 53 fish. I’m super competitive, so this is a blow, haha. Any way to get it back?? I logged out of and then back into Facebook, closed down the app and then opened it back up, and even turned my phone off and on again. Nothing is bringing the fishing challenge back for me. Any advice??

Hi @mamamelplus6 and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I am sorry this happened to you. These events and in-game challenges are not always available to everyone. Sometimes they are a part of testing and we are in a random group that's been tested. The studio monitors players' engagement and then decides if they will release it to everyone or not. No, I’m saying I was *already* part of a team, and I earned 53 fish, and when I re-opened the app after updating, the challenge was just gone. I’ve been participating in the fishing challenge every week for quite some time, so why all of a sudden (when I’d already been earning fish on a team) would I no longer be able to even access the challenge because it vanished? Makes no sense....

@mamamelplus6 I completely understand what you want to say. As these in-game challenges are a part of testing and they're not always released worldwide, it means they can disappear anytime when testing is over.1
