Lost everything

Why did i lose all my extras after having to uninstall and reinstall game??? So it seems lise the money put into because of a clitch that had nothing do with me? Not happy.

Hi, @belkin1a! Are you saying you lost your boosters after reinstalling the app? If so, King does not refund lost boosters unless they were purchased with real money. Let me know if you did purchase them and you should be able to get them back. Welcome to the community and have a great day!😀

Yes I did pay for them on my credit card, it was the 2.99 special after getting my 4 tickets or what ever it's called. I had just purchased the pack and a few days before that I had gotten one too, I know I used some of the first one, but had some left and then purchased the second one. I can't be positive of what I had left all together. Thank you for your time. Georgia.

So I'm not able to restore the tickets purchased but I've added the Gold bars that got used back to your game as the purchase made was for not boosters.

Why did you reinstall the game app in the first place? What was the glitch?

I don't know what happened, it wouldn't work for I think 2 days, it showed under my apps but way a grey color. So after trying for awhile to get it back, I uninstalled it, but even then kept saying can't download. I even unmounted Ted my SD card and try to reinstall without it, and got the same thing. So I had to set my phone back to factory reset and it finely installed, but I had nothing in my game anymore.
