Hi @fatma26 - welcome to our friendly community. I’m sorry to hear you’ve had this issue. Can you please confirm what type of device you play from and if it’s completely up to date? Also have you cleared your cached and cookies recently. If not try that and then power off your device for at least 10 seconds to see if that helps resync the game.
