Lost all daily bonuses and win bonuses that I have paid for

I had to reinstall the game after all the glitches since the update with Allen etc, I have now lost all my bonuses that were paid for and in game bonuses that I have built up over a long amount of time, how do these get restored, My Game ID is 8750552070 playing on an iPad Pro running the latest software

    Also going to tag our CM’s @Xarly & @QueenB is they are aware you has to reboot due to the Alien issue.
