Hi @marmarmar2 - you should be able to play by only signing up with King account. Have you created a King profile using an email yet?

yes and I am signed in but it still isnt working.

@marmarmar2 - what type of PC are you playing from? Is the app up to date? What version of the game do you have?

  I have an ancient Mac. The king website wants me to use an app . and the last time I checked it was not available for my desktop. I dont want to start playing it on any other devices...Thanks

I was about to recommend Windows 10 if you played on PC but if you're on Mac, you only have Facebook and King.com to play trough.

Have you tried clearing the cache of your browser or a different one? You can download them from the following links:

- http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/upgrade.html

- https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html

- http://www.opera.com/computer

Note! If you're already playing in supported browser we still recommend trying another browser.
