Player Support is wondering if you could get in touch with them so they can check if you have another account as this pop up doesn't say that you have won Gold bars but simply reminding you that you still have 50 Gold bars.
However, they can see that you've been in touch with them in July with the same question so they want to check if you have the game connected to different emails to see which account you still have Gold bars in.
