Shows lives on the envelope, disappear when I open it! (FIXED on version 2.31.22)!

Lives given by friends shown by a number on the envelope disappear when I open it. The window is blank with only the headline "Messages". This has never happened until now.

The live issue should now be fixed so if you're playing on mobile, please make sure you have the latest game app version: 2.31.22 installed.

If your auto-updates did not work, try @ashwil suggestion above. If you happen to play on Windows 10, there is an update coming up soon which will fix this issue.

I have some updates on the missing lives! 🙌

The issue will be fixed for players that are updating their game app from 2.29 to 2.30. Game app version 2.30 will be released next week but I don't have a specific day so please keep an eye on the App Store so you don't miss it.

If you currently have the game app version 2.29, you might still have the issue but as mentioned above, the 2.30 version will fix this.

NOTE! If you have updated your game from version 2.29 over to 2.30 and still have the missing live issue, please let me know so I can report this back to the Studio.

There was an issue with this previously which was fixed.

However please try clearing your game and browser cache.

Also check device storage has space and that all updates have been done for the game app and devices also. Once thgis is done, turn devices off and then on angain and see how you go.

My messages still won’t appear. I’ve updated the app, I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, and it still won’t allow to see them. When I click on the envelope all it shows is for me to send lives.

UPDATE: My Windows 10 is fixed:
'm still on 1400. The FISHES STILL don't help even when everything is gone. They go to the black squiggly lines instead of helping you. When will we be able to control the fishes Thanks in advance. :-)

My game is not fixed either. I too play on windows 10 and it is so annoying when it says I have lives but when I go there there's nothing in there it's been over a month now.

I use Windows 10 and there is no fix, no update, nothing. I don't think telling us to 'play on a different platform' solves the problem. I don't want to and I cannot play on a different platform. Could you please let us know what is happening with the game? Is there going to be a fix? The problem exists more than a month now.

I'm windows 10. Thanks for the update Queen Mia. Please let them know it's going on 2 months now. I lost so many turns and times with my boosters. Not to mention I lost all my boosters and free turns when I was told to uninstall and reinstall. I hope someone can get these back for me.

Hi, I'm at level 2957 and I have a problem issue from several weeks about my message box. It appears that I've got 8 messages and it's blank when I open it. I'm playing on my laptop. I'm really not gifted with computer issues and I fear losing all the levels I've already passed. I Don't know how to upload an update and I'm not on facebook… What shall I do?

This has now been fixed for Android and iOS versions - Make sure to update to the latest one available to be able to receive lives again!

As for Windows 10 players, we're very sorry but it seems we need to investigate a little further to be able to fix it. We'll keep you posted as soon as we have more info about it. In the meantime, if you get the chance to play via another platform, you'll be able to receive lives as normal. Also, until it gets fixed, just join us in the Community while waiting for your lives to refill: There's plenty to talk about, a lot of fun to have and extra Gold to win 🌟

Did you happen to have an updated recently for the game app? Sometimes updates can reset the lives so just keep asking your friends for more as you should be able to receive lives.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to restore lost lives.

I, myself did not update, but I have the game set to receive updates automatically. This has been going on for a few days and many plays. Not caring really about gaining lost lives, just like this glitch to stop deleting lives shown on the envelope and disappearing when I tap on it.

When the message board is accessed it is totally blank, despite saying I have 3 messages. I am playing on an iPad. This has been happening for about three days.

Every time I start the game, I see I have 4 messages, but when I go to look, there's nothing in the message area.

Hi @DreamDancer I have the same version of the game but I don't have this problem. I play it on Android. Where do you play it? Have you tried force closing the game and clearing the cache?

This has been happening to me as well for a couple of days. It’s quite annoying; I’ve tried updating it; taking the update out... it’s ridiculous others give you lives and they are deleted just because. Can you please give it a look and fix it?

Rewards dissappearing
Does anyone else have a problem with their rewards dissappearing. After you won a game you build up and get rewards for the next game. Usually when I can't play for a few days my rewards are still there, as I have a habit of leaving the game with full rewards, so next time I begin a game I have those awards available.…
Purple squares in place of rivals in the jelly race
so I’ve been recently getting this strange bug after the game loads as instead of seeing rivals on the jelly race banner I’m seeing purple squares instead and it’s getting stressful I don’t known what to do my app is updated and connection is solid
