Can I have refund?

I have been trying to pass level 2997 all day and just spent $11 on boosters & extra moves and still couldn't pass it. Something isn't right if this level cant be passed with full boosters, 10 extra moves etc. I feel like I got scammed and I want my $ back. Who do I need to contact for a refund?
