Hi, I'm playing Candy crush jelly level 1029. I won the level & then my screen froze. The only thing that works is if I hit the back button the game asks me if I want to quit. I don't want to lose my boosters or have to play the level again.
And it's happened again on the same level. Paid to play on, won & the screen froze. I do not buy credits, for CC just to take my money for nothing. Not impressed! Would appreciate a reply & a refund.

Which version of the game do you have? The last version is 2.30.7. If your game is not up to do date, please update it as the most of bugs and issues are resolved with the latest updates.
As for the purchase issue, I will ask you kindly to click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page. If your browser is in the English language you will be redirected to a bot to help you with your issue.
If your browser is in any other language, you will have a support form to fill in and contact the team. If so, fill in all the blank spaces and make sure you are choosing the correct topic (Problems with purchases) and subtopic (Payment queries). Once you fill it in, you will receive an automated email message. You need to reply to that message and explain your issue. If you don't reply to it, they won't reach you at all.
