I am trying to respond to an email you have sent me. You have asked for my Facebook I’d but I don’t play the game through Facebook. As I have previously advised i was on approx 3230 and when I accepted your new terms and conditions it reset my game back to level 1. Are you able to reinstate my level please?

If you have already received an email, they were asking for your user ID, not Facebook ID. If you don't know where to find it, follow the instructions on the link below.
