Losing boosters

I have had a few occurrences in the last week where I'll select all 3 boosters, hit play and then the game freezes on the loading screen. Once reset,  the boosters are gone.
Is there a way to get them back?

Hi @AnnaKaplan and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I am sorry this is happening to you. Can you tell me which device and OS are you using for playing this game? I am afraid that these boosters can't be reimbursed but we can go through some troubleshooting and try to solve the freezing.
