Why won't my game connect with my King.com account?

@Elsa, yes this is the version of the game I have. I originally purchased the game through the app store on the Kindle. Do I need to delete this one entirely and purchase again? The games update automatically when available. I have other King games, 3 give me problems and the other other I p[lay daily with no issue.

@Donna-3 King games are free to install. Are you sure that you purchased them?

Should I delete the game completely and add from App store again?

You shouldn't have to repay if you are deleting and reloading from their app store.  Is there a help number on Amazon that you can check to make sure that you don't get charged again.
