I am not sure how to turn my tablet to play with friends and I really would like to get back to the other screen to play the other game

1) Is it the Candy Friends game OR Candy Jelly saga game?

2) If it is Candy Friends game, are you asking about the "Jelly Queen" event?

3) If it is Candy Jelly game, are you talking about the "Royal Championship" game?

The one that I am having problems with is Candy Jelly 😎 I don't know if other people are having trouble with it but since I am using a tablet and I am visually impaired I don't know what to expect.

I am visually impaired and I do not understand what is asked of me. I was talking about Jelly Saga that I could not move forward on because the screen kept on saying play with friends and I wanted to get back to the other screen. Please help me out thanks for listening.

First of all, Thank you very much for replying and confirming about the game! And I am very sorry for my delayed reply!!

Let me ask you few more questions to make sure about what message you are getting on the screen...

1) Do you see the Rabbit (sorry, forgot his name) on the screen that is saying you to play with friends?

2) Will it be possible for you post a screenshot? This web-page will explain how to take a screenshot https://www.take-a-screenshot.org/

** With regards to the game, there are few features that we are asked to play with friends! So, if it is that "Red Rabbit" that pops-up and tells you to play with friends, I am sure that it could be the "Royal Championship" event!! Usually, that stays in our game for about 48 hours. To play that event, all we have to do is turn the device "Portrait" mode. We usually, like to play our games in "Landscape" mode, right? For this special feature, Landscape mode does not work AND until we tilt the device / screen, the event will not appear!! Does this sound familiar?

If it is not the event you are talking about, then please do post screenshot which helps us to understand about the feature and help you further! How does that sound?
