Tiffi and Jenny discuss the holiday

“Hello,” says Tiffi.

“Tiffi have you ever heard of St. Patrick’s Day?” questions Jenny.  “I was looking for something on Google and kept clicking on different links and then the history of this holiday showed up!  I started reading the history and it has some very interesting information.”

Tiffi tells Jenny that she has heard about this holiday but doesn’t know much about it.  She knows some history.  She tells Jenny that the Irish people celebrate it by participating in a parade locally.  She also tells her that Barcelona does their own thing for the holiday.  They have many Irish bars in Barcelona and every year Kitty O’Shea’s pub has a St. Patrick’s Day Street party.  What she finds most fascinating is their currach boat race.  She tells Jenny to check out these events here.
