Hi @vgirl56 welcome to the jelly support area, if your game won’t open try turning your phone off and restarting it. I’m assuming that you have a strong internet signal? If you haven’t got any saved boosters and therefore nothing to lose you can uninstall and reinstall the app but try other things first. You will need to be connected to King or Facebook for your progress and any gold bars to be saved. Make sure there aren’t any updates available for the game and Facebook by going to playstore or AppStore. Let me know how you get on, Kind regards Sharon
