All I am getting is a white screen. maybe I have pushed the wrong button somewhere? any ideas on how to fix this please?

R u on phone? Restart n update to latest version. How abt other games u play?

Which device are you playing on? Have you tried completely closing it and reopening it again? (if on a mobile make sure the window is closed completely from the background)
Do you have a stable internet connection and if using a mobile device, have you updated recently?
