Why does the game say my Internet is down when it is not and I have to play a regular game in order to get into RC also how do I make my bonus tiles load faster

Hi @jk1950 welcome to the community, I used to get that happen when I didn’t have a lot of space on my iPad I found clearing the cache helped and offloading unused apps.
