Hi help it keeps saying i don't have internet connection and i have high speed internet it's been acting up for a couple of weeks now
R u using PC? Win 10 on HTML platform? Can u try on phone device?

Hi @Tamiskajones38 silly question but have you tried restarting your phone, it sometimes solves these issues.
Yes @Sharon_Loose i have done that more than a few time's...still nothing
Do you have saved boosters? Are you connected (or were you) for progress to either Facebook or the Kingdom?
If so, usually we hightly recommend reinstalling the game. But as boosters are saved in the device memory, that's why I asked about them as they will be wiped along with the game data.
Its important to make sure progress is backed up somewhere so its kept if you do reinstall. Its possible to get it back, but easier if you are connected.
@Chicken_Slayer no im not on Facebook that's why i don't understand why no one from customer service has not contacted me or try to fix my problem
@Tamiskajones38 it wouldn't make a difference to anyone contacting you whether you were on facebook or not. The reason why I asked is because you need to make sure you have progress backed up somewhere in case of issues. So if you're not on Facebook, are you connected to the kingdom instead?
I would still recommend that you reinstall, but can you let me know if you are playing on an android phone or apple. And the version and model please. Your player ID, your app version and have you checked for updates both to your operating system and to the game app.
