@Cherish1 Heya! Welcome to the king community! It seems like either the app is freezing or internet is low which could stop you from reaching level 3386. I’m tagging @RegalRenz can you help with this?

I recommend first checking that you have enough memory on your device. Too little memory can adversely affect game play. Please also check if your game needs any updates.
