I contacted you a month ago about level.1772 On June 25th 2020.
How it kept freezing and I didn't get my daily booster for a few day. Marmarmar2 said they would get back to me and replace them. Then she sent me a picture of FOOD for some reason on June 18th? She sent me this picture.
I was confused by that. Then all she would send me is one word answers. Usually your community is really nice and helpful. I don't know why she keeps doing this.
Can some one here help me? I already wrote to the main people in London but no one will answer me except by a "robot" Thanks!

Hi @Cat-13 how are you doing? Have you still not got this sorted out? What on earth was that about with the photo of food? I think they must have been spamming your post. Just to let you know I managed to get through the 1500’s and 1600’s that you warned me about and I’m now on 1747. Please let me know if you are still waiting for this to be resolved. They are handling the problem with the player.. I never got my boosters back or was compensated.
