@Lola_Pop I always connect to the Internet all the time because I'm always t home due to coronavirus. But seem like gold bars do not want to come with me 😅. With other rewards, I still can get it without connection. And now Royal Championship also denies me 😔.

Thanks. The player ID is the one I used... How strange, I can't see any issue.

I've tried again- please log out and in, and maybe also disconnect the device from the internet and connect it again. If the Gold Bars are "stuck", they should find their way then!
