Can't hear Level Failed sound

Hi, I have realized that the sound when player fails a level is disable on Facebook, while it does not happen on mobile. (Video on this link)

I hope manager can inform to the studio about this issue. This is the specific sound in every Candy Crush series. Thank you.

And the number letter of booster is very small!!!

How about you turn off then return on "Music" and "Sound" from Game Settings that I hope level failed music is back?
