Star Reward infinite appearance

When I complete a level, star always appears continuously and the sound is always looping. What happened?

And the level failed sound is still muted though the button still turned on.

it seems a glitch. I'd try the usual troubleshooting technique: check out updates, log out, restart device, log in.
When did this problem start? What device are you playing on?
It could be related to your device, please check software update, keep ram free as possible , close background apps before starting to play and check if at least 2 GB of internal memory are free as well.

I play on Facebook and I don't see any update on Facebook version.

so do you play through facebook on a browser? you could check if the browser is up to date:

also clearing the cache on the browser might help

@Pitty_Kitty I play on Chrome and I never clear cache, it will take all my power-ups away.

It is the version 84.0.4147.105

I'll check later if I also have the same version but if you open the link I posted above with chrome it should say immediately if it's updated. 🤔 When I opened that link earlier it said to me that I have firefox 79 on window 10 and it's updated.
if the problem it's on chrome maybe you could try checking facebook on other browsers to see if the game glitches there too. 🤔

I checked, my chrome is updated and has the same version. I'm still not sure if chrome is causing the problem
